How to Reach the Shrine

Go south from Hateno Tower through a valley between the mountains. Go east to Hanu Pond to find a Hinox. You can try to float onto the Hinox and take the orb and run away (or wear the stealth armor set or eat stealth food to go unnoticed), or kill it. Take the orb, then look southwest to find a narrow green slope that goes up into the mountains (it's to the east of a wider green slope that goes between the mountains). The slope will take you up to three orange pedestals. Put the orb into the northeast pedestal. You can read the nearby sign to start the shrine quest, The Three Giant Brothers.

Then go south to Uten Marsh to find a Blue Hinox. Kill it or use stealth to steal the orb without killing the Hinox. Take the orb north up the slopes to the three shrine pedestals, and put the orb into the south pedestal.

Then go west to Rabella Wetlands and kill the Black Hinox there, or use stealth to steal the orb without killing the Hinox. Take the orb east and put it into the final orange platform to reveal the shrine.

About the Shrine

The chest in the shrine contains a Great Thunderblade.
