Start the Quest

Talk to one of the boys in the playground of the elementary school to start the quest.

Solve the riddle!

Go to Blossom Heights and find the Tucked Away Lot. It is near the Hot Springs. Go to the red bicycle.

Deal with Roughraff!

Talk to Roughraff and defeat it.

Find the badge!

Check near the red bicycle to find the badge.

Report to the detectives!

Go back and talk to the boy in the elementary school playground to complete the quest.
