This page explains how to trade from Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! to Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!.
What You Need
Each player needs a Nintendo Switch. For faraway trades, both players need an Internet connection.
In-Game Requirements
Before you can trade from Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! to Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!:
- In Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu!, you need to battle your rival at least once.
- In Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!, you need to have the Pokédex.
How to Trade
Open the Communicate menu (which is unlocked after your first battle with your rival) and choose Play With Others.
To trade to a player who is nearby, choose Nearby Player. To trade to a player who is far away, choose Faraway Player. Then choose Link Trade. One player should create a Link Code using the ten pokémon sprites shown on the screen. The other player should enter the same Link Code.
After a player has been found, you can choose pokémon from your Pokémon Box. The upper part of the screen will show the other player's name, and one of the other player's pokémon (if you don't recognize the other player's name and you don't want to trade, you can press B to cancel).
Select the pokémon that you want to trade, then choose "Offer as a Trade". On the next screen, wait for the other player to offer a pokémon. You can choose "Check offered Pokémon" or "Check your Pokémon" to look at the pokémon summary. When you are ready, choose Trade Pokémon.
