This page explains how to complete the level 80 post-Shadowbringers quest "On Official Business".

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest The Company We Keep.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Alphinaud in the Fringes to begin the quest.

Speak with Alisaie in Gridania

Teleport to Gridania and use the Aetheryte to go to the Lancers' Guild. Go to the quest icon and talk to Alisaie.

Speak with Frixio

You can either teleport to the East Shroud or you can go east from the Lancers' Guild Aethernet Shard in Gridania and go down the steps. Talk to Romarique and go to the Sweetbloom Pier (it's free). Then go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Frixio to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Silent Conjurer

You can either teleport to Gridania or you can go west to the Ferry Docks icon on the map and talk to Muraudel to return to Gridania. Use the Aetheryte or an Aethernet Shard to go to the Conjurers' Guild. Go to the quest icon and talk to the Silent Conjurer.

Speak with Kan-E-Senna

Go to the quest icon and talk to Kan-E-Senna. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Alisaie

Talk to Alisaie to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Kan-E-Senna to accept the next quest: Death Unto Dawn. There will be a cutscene.
